Spruce Run Association Volunteer Training

Spruce Run Association, the domestic violence project serving Penobscot County, is actively seeking volunteers to answer hotline calls. For those who want to volunteer to end abuse, we have a hotline training beginning on Thursday, January 21st 2010 and going for six weeks on Mondays and Thursdays through the end of February. Training is from 6:00pm- 9:30pm and is held at our Resource Center in Bangor. The training will give you all the skills you need to provide support, validation and information about options to people affected by domestic abuse.
