Gather a few teammates, lace up your skates, bring your stick, and hit the ice for some friendly pond hockey competition this February. Sponsored by the Bangor Area Breakfast Rotary Club, the charity tournament will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012, (or Sunday if the weather refuses to cooperate) on Little Fitts Pond at the Camp Roosevelt Boy Scout Camp in Eddington. The entry fee is $310 per team – and all proceeds benefit local charities supported by the breakfast rotary. Jeff’s Catering will be on site selling food and beverages.
