The course provides participants with an understanding of the Lean Six Sigma program, a methodology of problem-solving including strategies & tools for making key business processes more efficient and effective. The course begins from 12-7pm March 7th, March 21st, April 4th, April 18th, and May 2nd at the Richard E. Dyke Center for Family Business at Husson’s Bangor campus. Registration is $1,600 and includes all meals and materials. Space is limited, so interested parties are encouraged to register early. Early bird, multiple registrant discounts apply.
