Fun Events with the Lamoine Historical Society! Join us: Wednesday, July 28th to find out about Holidays, Celebrations and Social Gatherings in Lamoine in days of yore. Wednesday, August 25th Bob Alvarez will join us reminiscing about the USS Massachusetts and the old Coaling Station. Wednesday, September 29th will be our Annual Meeting, with a program about shipwrecks connected to Lamoine or its resident and update on the renovations of the old church. All events take place at 7:30 pm in the Lamoine Baptist Church-Rte 184 at Lamoine Corner across from the Grange. Free and open to the public. (from maineevents.com)
