The Belfast Rotary Club is resurrecting the National Boatbuilding Challenge and adding activities with it to create the Belfast Harbor Fest on Aug. 20-22. Among the events planned for the weekend in addition to the boatbuilding challenge, are a pancake breakfast, a 5k road race, speakers, nautical exhibits, musical entertainment, a sardine festival, a fishing tournament, an activities area for children, a classic boat show, and a launch party on the waterfront to kick off the weekend Friday night.
