R Space - the Midcoast's new all-ages music venue - will hold an all-ages, chem-free Progressive and Hardcore Metal Show at the Lincoln Street Center in Rockland with bands Last Chance to Reason and A Constant Battle, Saturday March 20th, starting at 7pm and ending at 10pm; admission at the door is $5.
