Friday, October 24, at 6:00 p.m., Eve's at the Garden will present its fourth annual "Caviar Dinner," featuring exclusive caviars from Portland, Maine's renowned Browne Trading Company. This multi-course dinner will showcase a variety of caviars including American spoonbill, Calvisius Italian White Sturgeon and Descieta Osetra caviar in a meal paired with select wines and prepared by Jeff Landry, Executive Chef's at Eve's.
